First Baptist Church Ventura desires to be a church where all people can DISCOVER who they are in Christ, DEVELOP their faith and purpose in Him, and be DEPLOYED to serve their families, friends, church, community and world. Here at FBC Ventura we call these the "Three D's" - and that's what we're all about - living life in "3-D."
 
Adults
Our adult worship celebrations at 9:00 and 10:30 on Sunday mornings is where people can explore faith and experience community.  This environment is where guests experience FBC for the first time. Here our members and regular attendees join with our guests to experience authentic worship and relevant teaching from God's word.
 
In addition to our Sunday worship celebrations, we offer small groups. We believe the small group is the best place for sustained life change to occur. In a small group, people study together and are in a safe environment to discuss the issues and challenges of life.

  • Children
    We love children at First Baptist Church of Ventura CA!  We offer classes and activities for children of all ages during each of our Sunday morning worship celebrations.   Come be a part of our family -- your child will ask to come to church!
     
  • Students
    Students are a vital part of the FBC community. We have weekly events designed specifically with them in mind. We have created culturally relevant environments that foster authentic relationships and genuine life change through faith in Christ. 
     
    Many of our students are also involved in Student Impact buliding life-long habits of service to their church, family, community, and world.
